Shaw MacIntyre is a Partner for Streetwise Retail Advisors. With 20 years in retail real estate, Shaw is well known for his expansive market knowledge. He specializes in Tenant representation, Development consulting, Tenant project leasing & execution, Retail user site acquisition, land sale and ground lease expertise. Shaw is a native Houstonian who has twice been named one of the Houston Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters. Hard working and unrelenting, Shaw has been known to go to the mat on behalf of his clients.

His work with power, lifestyle, mixed-use and urban core projects speak for itself. When away from the office, Shaw enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys and playing as much golf as he can find the time for.
